Detail by Autostore.pk provides automotive detailing, maintenance, and related services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Paint protection
  • Ceramic coating
  • Maintenance services

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
  • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations

3.2 Service Time

  • Service duration estimates are approximate
  • Additional time may be required based on vehicle condition

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Additional charges may apply for severe conditions

4.2 Payment Methods

  • We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments
  • Full payment is required upon service completion
  • Deposits may be required for certain services

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information
  • Remove personal belongings before service
  • Inform us of any existing damage
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
  • Arrive at scheduled appointment time

6. Service Warranty

6.1 Coverage

  • Services are warranted as specified per service type
  • Warranty is non-transferable
  • Warranty void if maintenance instructions not followed

6.2 Exclusions

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Environmental damage
  • Modifications after service

7. Vehicle Damage and Liability Protection

We are not liable for:

  • Personal items left in vehicles
  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions
  • Damage due to customer negligence
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Force majeure events

7.1 Pre-Service Inspection

  • A thorough inspection will be conducted before any service
  • Existing damage will be documented and acknowledged by customer
  • Customers must disclose known vehicle issues or vulnerabilities
  • The inspection report must be signed by both parties
  • Photos of pre-existing conditions may be taken for documentation

7.2 Service-Related Damages

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage as per Pakistani law. However:

  • Our liability is strictly limited to direct damages caused by our negligence
  • Maximum compensation shall not exceed the actual cost of repair
  • Claims must be reported immediately upon service completion
  • Delayed damage claims may be rejected
  • Third-party verification may be required for damage claims

7.3 Exclusions from Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • Mechanical or electrical failures during service
  • Damage from pre-existing conditions
  • Paint damage due to prior poor repairs or thin paint
  • Damage from rusted or deteriorated parts
  • Issues arising from modified or aftermarket parts
  • Environmental damage (acid rain, bird droppings, etc.)
  • Claims made after leaving our premises

7.4 Claim Process

For damage claims:

  • Must be reported before leaving premises
  • Written notice required within 24 hours
  • Inspection by our authorized assessor
  • Independent third-party evaluation if needed
  • Resolution as per Consumer Protection Laws of Pakistan
  • Claims subject to local jurisdiction in Pakistan

7.5 Insurance and Documentation

  • We maintain comprehensive business insurance
  • Customers must maintain valid vehicle insurance
  • All claims processed as per Pakistani insurance laws
  • Documentation required for all damage claims
  • Right to inspect vehicle by insurance representatives

7.6 Limitations on Compensation

As per Pakistani law:

  • Compensation limited to direct repair costs
  • No compensation for loss of use or inconvenience
  • No liability for consequential damages
  • Depreciation factors considered in valuations
  • Market rates applicable for parts and labor

7.7 Special Conditions

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service for unsafe vehicles
  • Require additional waivers for high-risk services
  • Document unusual vehicle conditions
  • Consult specialists for complex issues
  • Terminate service if safety concerns arise

7.8 Customer Acknowledgment

By accepting our services, customers acknowledge:

  • Understanding of these liability terms
  • Acceptance of documented vehicle condition
  • Agreement to inspection procedures
  • Compliance with claim processes
  • Acceptance of liability limitations

7.9 Legal Framework

All liability matters shall be governed by:

  • Pakistan Consumer Protection Laws
  • Motor Vehicle Ordinance of Pakistan
  • Local commercial laws and regulations
  • Applicable insurance laws
  • Provincial consumer courts jurisdiction

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is our exclusive property and protected by copyright laws.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

10. Customer Feedback
